Her one decade experience spans across Employee relations, Human Resource Business Partnering, Rewards Management, Business Strategy and Business Development for clients and organizations across various industries.

She is passionate about providing solutions, creating value, driving fair rewards and people practices, enhancing capacities, while ensuring operational efficiency and organization’s bottom line growth.

She is currently the Group Head, Business Process Outsourcing at Resource Intermediaries Limited, an arm of the business that provides Facility Management, Consular & Ground Handling services amidst other business process solutions, thereby helping organizations focus on their core services, reducing their costs and improving efficiency.
